Last updated: June 2026 · Version 1.0
By purchasing from WeFord Enterprise or using our website, you confirm that you have read and agreed to these Terms in full.
1. Who We Are
WeFord Enterprise is a retail business registered and operating in Lagos State, Nigeria. We trade from two locations in Computer Village, Ikeja, Lagos:
- His Grace Plaza: Suite 17, Off Medical Road No. 4, Francis Oremeji Street, Computer Village, Ikeja, Lagos

2. Our Products
WeFord sells exclusively brand-new laptop computers and accessories. We do not sell refurbished, used, grade-A, or open-box products. Every product is sourced from authorised distributors and arrives sealed in original manufacturer packaging unless otherwise stated.
We make every reasonable effort to ensure product descriptions and specifications are accurate. Prices are displayed in Nigerian Naira (₦) and may change without notice. The price applicable to your order is the price confirmed in writing via WhatsApp at the time payment is received.
All products are subject to availability. Listing a product on our website does not guarantee it is currently in stock. We will confirm availability when you place an order.
3. Placing an Order
Orders are placed through WhatsApp (+234 803 555 1753) or by visiting either of our stores. Our website is a product showcase. Adding a product to your cart or submitting a checkout form constitutes an enquiry, not a confirmed order.
A legally binding contract is formed only when: (1) we have confirmed product availability and your order details in writing via WhatsApp, and (2) we have received your full payment in cleared funds.
After payment clears we will send you a written order confirmation via WhatsApp including the product, amount paid, and order reference number. Please retain this as your proof of purchase.
4. Pricing & Payment
All prices are in Nigerian Naira (₦). We accept bank transfer, POS at our physical stores, and any other payment method confirmed in writing by WeFord staff. Your order is not reserved until payment is received.
We do not accept cash deposits made directly to our bank account by third parties. Payment must come from an account or card in the customer's name or that of an authorised representative.
WeFord reserves the right to cancel orders and refund payments if we have reasonable grounds to believe a transaction is fraudulent. If we cancel an order for which payment has been received, we will refund the full amount within 3 business days.
5. Delivery
WeFord does not operate a proprietary delivery service. Delivery is arranged separately via WhatsApp using third-party dispatch or courier services.
Risk in the product passes to you at the point of handover. This is either when you collect in-store or when the product is handed to a courier on your behalf. WeFord is not liable for damage, loss, or delay that occurs after this point.
If you receive a delivery and the outer packaging shows obvious signs of damage or tampering, do not accept it. Contact us immediately via WhatsApp with photographic evidence. We deliver to all 36 states.
6. 48-Hour Dead on Arrival (DOA) Policy
This is our most important customer protection. Please read it carefully.
A product is considered Dead on Arrival if it has a manufacturing defect that prevents it from functioning as described, which existed at the time of purchase and is discovered within 48 hours of delivery or in-store collection.
DOA qualifiers include: device will not power on; display has factory dead pixels or lines; ports are non-functional from first use; device powers off immediately and repeatedly; physical damage concealed inside a sealed box.
What does not qualify as DOA: customer-caused damage (drops, spills, impact); software issues; issues discovered after the 48-hour window; cosmetic imperfections that do not affect function; buyer's remorse; products with removed or tampered warranty seals.
To report a DOA you must:
- Contact us within 48 hours via WhatsApp with your order reference number
- Provide a video clearly showing the fault before any further use
- Return the product in its original packaging with all accessories
Once verified, we will offer a direct replacement, an alternative product, or a full refund within 5 business days, at our discretion.
7. Manufacturer Warranty
Every product sold by WeFord is covered by the original manufacturer's warranty (typically 1 year, though duration varies by brand and model). After the 48-hour DOA window, warranty claims must be directed to the relevant manufacturer or authorised service centres in Nigeria.
WeFord will assist by providing proof of purchase, directing you to the correct service contact, and advocating on your behalf where reasonable. WeFord does not directly honour manufacturer warranties beyond our DOA policy.
Warranty is voided by: physical or liquid damage; opening the device casing; removing manufacturer seals or stickers; use of unofficial chargers; flashing unofficial firmware; tampered or lost proof of purchase.
8. Corporate Procurement
Formal quotations are valid for 48 hours from issue unless stated otherwise. For orders of 5 units or more, a minimum 50% deposit is required before stock is allocated. We issue formal invoices, delivery notes, and receipts for all corporate orders.
Bulk discounts are offered at WeFord's discretion and vary by quantity, model, and current market conditions. A quoted bulk price does not bind WeFord to the same price for future orders.
9. Returns & Refunds
WeFord does not accept returns on the basis of change of mind. All sales are final once the product has been verified at collection or delivered without damage. Returns are accepted only where the product qualifies under our 48-hour DOA Policy, or where WeFord delivered a materially different product from what was ordered.
Approved refunds are processed within 5 business days via the original payment channel. Bank transfers may take an additional 1–2 business days depending on your bank.
10. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by Nigerian law, WeFord's total liability shall not exceed the purchase price you actually paid for the product in question. WeFord is not liable for loss of data, loss of business or revenue, consequential or indirect damages, losses arising from third-party delivery after handover, or losses caused by your failure to follow usage instructions.
Nothing in these Terms removes or limits your statutory rights as a consumer under the Federal Competition and Consumer Protection Act 2018 (FCCPA) or other applicable Nigerian law.
11. Privacy & Data Protection
WeFord is committed to protecting your personal data in accordance with the Nigeria Data Protection Act 2023 (NDPA). We collect your name, phone number, email, delivery address, order history, and communications with us to process orders and communicate with you.
We do not sell your data. We may share necessary information with delivery services, our banking institution, and Nigerian regulatory authorities where required by law. You may request access, correction, or deletion of your data by emailing weford2019@gmail.com.
Newsletter subscribers may unsubscribe at any time by replying "UNSUBSCRIBE" to any newsletter email. We will remove you within 5 business days.
12. Disputes & Governing Law
If you have a complaint, please contact us first at weford2019@gmail.com or on WhatsApp. We aim to resolve all complaints within 5 business days.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria. Any dispute that cannot be resolved directly shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Lagos State, Nigeria.
We may update these Terms at any time. The "Last Updated" date at the top of this page will be revised. Continued use of our website or purchase from WeFord after any update constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
